has been working with local
realtors in an effort to "get the
word out" regarding the willingness
of the property owners within
the East Billings TIFD to revitalize
this area.

The BIRD is not in the business of
property management, nor are
they attempting to
replace the value gained by working
with a knowledgeable and LICENSED
real estate professional.
