DBA BOARD OF DIRECTOR’S BOARD POSITION APPLICATION
The membership of the DBA is responsible for electing the board of directors of the organization. “Directors of the board shall serve without compensation. Directors shall be a member or representative of such a member of the DBA”.
All directors shall be elected to a term of two (2) years, staggered so that approximately one-half of the directors shall be elected each year. Director terms shall coincide with the corporation’s fiscal year and terminate on the 31st of June at the end of the designated two (2) year term.

Please be advised that if a subject is presented for discussion to the board of directors where you have a conflict of interest, you should excuse yourself from the discussion and abstain from voting:
IF THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE MEETINGS ARE MISSED OR FIVE (5) IN THE FISCAL YEAR, YOU MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
